Shipping

We're happy to let you know that we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the UK. If you need your items sooner, express shipping is also available and can be selected during checkout.

Although we currently only ship within the UK, we may consider expanding in the future. In the meantime, we always aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, and you'll receive a notification email once your order is on its way.

To make sure your items are delivered safely, we use third-party couriers for delivery, and we don't send to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.

If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the courier will return the goods to us, and we will issue a refund on their behalf. Please note that we reserve the right to recharge the delivery cost for re-delivery in such cases.

If for any reason there are delays in delivery due to external factors, such as weather conditions or the courier's schedule, we'll keep you informed and provide an estimated delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time in such cases.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed deliveries. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery to the correct address. You'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-sending the package to the correct address.

 

Return Orders

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and resalable item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method. Before returning any products, please notify us at support@figlime.co.uk, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We will not be liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

 

Damaged Orders

In the rare event that you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please let us know within 3 days of receipt by emailing support@figlime.co.uk with photos of the damaged products. We will review the matter and arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

We will send you an email when your refund has been processed, and we kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

We take pride in our products and packaging, and we do our best to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition. However, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria or have been damaged due to customer mishandling or neglect.
